Clients call me their "second brain," and that's exactly what I aim to be.
I founded Mercury Business Solutions in 2023 after years of watching brilliant professionals struggle with the operational complexity of running a business.
I saw coaches, consultants, and therapists who were incredible at their work but drowning in backend logistics.
I saw - and have personally felt - committee and group leaders burning out from the mental load of keeping everyone organized and engaged.
I saw forensic psychologists spending hours on administrative coordination that pulled them away from clinical work.
I knew there was a better way. Not generic virtual assistant task support, but true operational partnership between peer business owners.
My background uniquely positions me to provide this support:
Starting in disability rights, I gained experience as a paralegal, advocate, and project manager in professional legal environments. In this role, I learned discretion, attention to detail, and how to keep work on track. My operational expertise was sharpened leading a local preschool as its Director, and I’ve served as a leader and member of many professional and volunteer committees.
Here’s what makes the difference:
I understand executive function challenges not as theoretical concepts but as lived experience. I build systems that work with hyperfocus, time-blindness, and non-linear thinking, not against them. I provide structure without judgment and safety nets without shame.
I work with three types of clients:
Solopreneurs running high-touch coaching, consulting, or clinical practices who need support with executive functioning.
Group and committee leaders managing established membership organizations who need operational backbone support.
Forensic psychologists needing specialized support with records review, report drafting, and case coordination.
If you're brilliant at what you do but the backend operations feel like they're breaking your brain, let's talk.
Think we might be a good fit?
When I'm not on the computer, you'll find me drinking black tea, eating pizza, and playing a board or video game.
Fun fact: My husband and I are the fourth generation to live in our family's home in central Indiana and we're proud to be raising the fifth generation here.
